If you have already registered and would like to book a first visit induction or try out an alternative field, then\u00a0<\/span>please complete the form below<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>and you will be emailed an appointment time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Please note that on receipt of an email from us with an Appointment Time, you need to confirm (within 24 hours) that you will be attending or the appointment slot may be offered to another person (check SPAM).<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n

Induction appointments are usually emailed out within 48 hours of receiving the form. PLEASE CHECK SPAM \/ JUNK FOLDERS if case they end up here, so you don’t miss them or get in touch if you haven’t heard back<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose of the First Visit \/ Induction is to:<\/p>\n

  • Welcome you to Bromsgrove Field Hire (BFH)<\/li>\n
  • Set up your BFH membership (a BFH record will be created on our database)<\/li>\n
  • Show you how to access the field\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • Give you a password to access the online booking calendar for future visits<\/li>\n
  • View your dog’s vaccination certificate, vet history print out or Titre Test<\/li>\n
  • Check that the field is suitable for your dog(s)<\/li>\n
  • Explain the field rules and facilities<\/li>\n
  • Collect a signed Field Use Agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
