The Fenced Meadow

Important: Due to the proximity of neighbours and the busy A491, drones, dog whistles, XL Bullies and small escape artists* are not permitted in this field

  • 7 Acres (Predominantly Flat)
  • Fully Enclosed + Drive-In Access
  • Open 08:00 – 18:50
  • 50 Minute Timeslots
  • Securely fenced with 4ft – 6ft Stock / Deer Fencing

* There may be animals (or humans) in nearby fields and the A491 runs along one edge of the field behind the hedge (which is potentially penetrable by the very best escape artists – so it’s not recommended for terriers or Dachshunds!)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This field is on a private farm. It is not a public space. Use of the field is only permitted on an appointment basis by people who have registered and completed the required paperwork. The farm is our home and visitors who arrive on spec or are found wandering in search of the field are trespassing and will be asked to leave immediately.

Saturday 27th December - Tuesday 30th December: Due to visiting family for Christmas, a reduced field service will be in operation whilst a house sitter is present.

Three of the four fields will remain open (as phone / email assistance will still be available although there may be a short delay), but there are some important notices.

  • Field lights may be left on during the day (so don't worry if you experience this)
  • Water butts won't be topped up during this time (so bring your own doggie drinks)
  • The fields will be unmanned / there will be no on-site assistance (so double check your time and field choice before coming and be understanding if any issues arise)

The BFH mobile phone will be switched on and answerable for 95% of the time. It is the best contact option if there is an emergency

We apologise for any inconvenience and wish Members a very Happy Christmas !

Thank you
