The following are needed for insurance purposes
| General Field Use Agreement | Compulsory : To be signed by everyone who would like to become a Member. It sets out BFH terms and conditions | Email attachment with Induction Appointment & also available at the Induction as a hard copy |
| Guest Day Use Field Agreement | Optional: Only needs to be signed if a Member is bringing a guest | Disclaimer form is in the field shelters and should be signed on the day of visit |
| After Dark Disclaimer | Optional: Only needs to be signed if a Member wishes to visit Parkour Park or the Half Past Field outside of daylight hours | Online Form |
| Parkour Park Field Use Agreement | Optional: Only needs to be signed if a Member wishes to visit / book Parkour Park | Online Form & copy also available at the Parkour Park Induction as a hard copy |
