| General Field Use Agreement | Compulsory : To be signed by everyone who would like to become a Member. It sets out BFH terms and conditions | Email attachment with Induction Appointment & also available at the Induction as a hard copy |
| Guest Day Use Field Agreement | Optional: Only needs to be signed if a Member is bringing a guest | Disclaimer form is in the field shelters and should be signed on the day of visit |
