* VAT – Bromsgrove Field Hire is one division of Cippa Limited that also offers storage (in containers and farm buildings) so it is VAT registered. Storage facilities and dog exercise fields that are more than just a ‘licence to occupy’ (i.e. supply facilities like seats, dog agility, activities etc) are legally required by HMRC to pay VAT if revenue exceeds the total taxable threshold. Whilst the field revenue in isolation would not meet this level, unfortunately Cippa’s combined field and storage revenue, does.
We are aware that the inclusion of VAT, potentially pushes up the cost of field hire here (when compared to some other un-manned or unregistered sites). But as the additional 20% VAT is unavoidable, every effort is made to make Bromsgrove Field Hire a premium facility that is worth every penny. Lots of games and opportunities are also run throughout the year with Free credit giveaways.
** Human & Dog Guests – Friends are welcome to join you or share a slot providing the car or dog limit is not exceeded). Infrequent dog guests are welcome for free. Any visiting dog(s) must be shown to be fully vaccinated or Titre tested before they visit though. Note: For insurance, Guests with dogs need their own membership record if they wish to visit more frequently than twice in a month
*** Credits do not have an expiry date and any unused credits are continuously carried over to the following month. However, Members who have not been in contact for more than 61 days (2 months) will be advised that remaining credits need to be used up within a set time period. (This is calculated as a minimum of 15 days multiplied by the number of credits left e.g. 3 credits left equates to at least 45 days to use them up). This is unless an extension on the 61 day inactivity time has been agreed in advance.
