*Note: Although credits do not have an expiry date and any unused credits are continously carried over to the following month, Members who have not been in contact for more than 30 days will be advised that remaining credits need to be used up within a set time period. (This is calculated as a minimum of 15 days multiplied by the number of credits left e.g. 3 credits left equates to at least 45 days to use them up). This is unless an extension on the 30 day inactivity time has been agreed in advance.
