*£10 of every £20 paid is given to charity (The Basement Project in Bromsgrove and / or Bredon School in Tewkesbury) and the packs contain lots of valuable goodies and information for dog owners (including compostible dog pooh bags, a quality greeting card and Pet Remedy Products for anxiety).

Inductions are for Registered Members Only. Before booking an induction please make sure you have REGISTERED

If you have already registered and would like to book a first visit induction or try out an alternative field, then please complete the form below and you will be emailed an appointment time.

ONLY FIRST VISITS / INDUCTION REQUESTS THAT ARE DIRECTED TO THE FORM SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION PAGE HAVE BEEN PROCESSED CORRECTLY. IF THIS PAGE DOES NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR SCREEN AFTER A FEW SECONDS PLEASE CONTACT US AS IT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED

NEXT WEEK - Induction spaces available (excluding 14th December)

Enter as many options as possible for dates and times when you would be available for an induction. Note that weekday requests are often able to be accommodated much sooner than inductions that are limited to a Saturday or Sunday only.
How many dogs will you be bringing for the induction?
Is one or more of the dogs that you are bringing an XL Bully breed ?
Who might be coming to the induction with you?
Select "Yes" if you have already had an induction in one of the other fields. Otherwise select "No"
Select "Yes" if you have already signed a Field Use Agreement (e.g. at a prior induction or sent it by email). Otherwise select "No"

Please remember that on receipt of an email from us with an Appointment Time, you need to confirm (within 24 hours) that you will be attending or the appointment slot may be offered to another person (check SPAM too).

Induction appointments are usually emailed out within 48 hours of receiving the form. PLEASE CHECK SPAM / JUNK FOLDERS if case they end up here, so you don’t miss them or get in touch if you haven’t heard back

Purpose of the First Visit / Induction is to:

  • Welcome you to Bromsgrove Field Hire (BFH)
  • Confirm your BFH membership (a BFH record will be created on our database)
  • Show you how to access the field 
  • Give you a password to access the online booking calendar for future visits
  • View your dog’s vaccination certificate, vet history print out or Titre Test
  • Check that the field is suitable for your dog(s)
  • Explain the field rules and facilities
  • Collect a signed Field Use Agreement

Inductions are for dogs as well as humans – please bring them along too! 

Cancellations / Changes: MINIMUM of 24 hours' notice needed to guarantee a 'credit' refund
