There are two options:

Buy A Block of Credits

A single (one-off) payment that is ideal for people who have a variable frequency of visiting from month to month depending on other commitments (e.g. shift work away from home)


Credit Subscription

A recurring monthly payment that automatically adds credits regularly and offers the best value for money in terms of lowest cost per timeslot It is ideal for people who would prefer a fixed monthly cost and visit regularly (e.g. 3 times a month to daily)

Regardless of which option is selected, all credits are completely transferable (i.e. they can be used in any field in which you’ve had an induction).

Multiple visits are permitted in a day providing bookings are NOT BACK TO BACK in the SAME field (e.g. not two in a row in The Meadow for example). One credit is deducted for EACH visit but any unused credits are carried over to the following month and rolled over continuously. Credits don’t have an expiry date.*

*Note: Although credits do not have an expiry date, Members who have not been in contact for more than 30 days will be advised that remaining credits need to be used up within a set time period (This is calculated as a minimum of 15 days multiplied by the number of credits left e.g. 3 credits left equates to at least 45 days). This is unless an extension on the 30 day inactivity time has been agreed in advance.

Daily Visits

31 credits are added to your record with each monthly subscription payment, so you’ll receive extra (free) credits on months that have less than 31 days. Unused credits are carried forward to the next month

OFF-PEAK DISCOUNTS

Due to reduced daylight hours, there is no differentiation between off-peak and on-peak times between October and April each year so no off-peak discount code is available – sorry.


Credits – Terms & Conditions

Credits do not have an expiry date. However:

  • Members with a positive credit balance who have dormant credits will be contacted and advised that remaining credits need to be used up within a set time period or they will be forfeited
  • Members should try to purchase an appropriate credit package for their indended frequency of visiting. This is to avoid high positive or negative credit balances
Dormant CreditsIt’s been more than 30 days since the last visit (unless an extension on the 30 day inactivity time has been agreed – e.g. due to family / pet issues or a long holiday
Set Time PeriodCalculated as a minimum of 15 days multiplied by the number of credits left on a Member’s record – example = 3 credits left equates to at least 45 days to use them up
ForfeitedCredits will be lost as no refunds are given

How Do Credits Work ?

  • Select your chosen product. You will receive a purchase email confirmation and Bromsgrove Field Hire will add credits to your membership record either as a one-off amount or every month (i.e. for subscribers)
  • Following each top-up, you will also receive email confirmation of your new credit balance
  • Use the online calendars (there is one for each field) and select a timeslot(s)
  • Select the option below the calendar for “Pre-paid” to reserve a slot(s)
  • Your Credit “Account” with Bromsgrove Field Hire will be manually debited by 1 for each timeslot that you reserve
  • Bromsgrove Field Hire will advise you if you try to reserve a slot but have run out of Credits, if your subscription level is too out of sync with your frequency of bookings or if your details need updating. At this point, you have the option to buy more credits, change or renew your subscription or opt for Pay As You Go
  • Feel free to contact Bromsgrove Field Hire at any time if you are unsure of how many Credits you have used or are still available

We can also accept cash and internet payments providing they are received well in advance of using the field. Contact us for our bank details.

Guarantees & Cancellations

Credits (either purchased as a one-off block or through a credit subscription) does not guarantee availability of a particular date(s) or time(s). Members may not be able to secure their preferred timeslot, particularly if leaving their selection to the last minute

Cancellations / Booking Changes: Except in exceptional circumstances, a MINIMUM of 24 hours’ notice (before the slot time), must be given if Members wish to cancel or amend a booking without ‘losing’ the credit(s) or PAYG payment.
