There are a couple of options depending on your preference:

1) BUY CREDITS – Once purchased, use the calendar (link above) to book a slot(s) as and when you want (subject to availability) and select “Pre-paid (e.g. Credits or Timeslot Swaps)” as the payment option.

2. PAY AS YOU GO – Use the calendar (link above) to view availability, book specific slots and select “Pay With A Debit or Credit Card” as the payment option. You will be directed to Stripe where you can pay securely. 

We can also accept cash and internet payments providing they are received well in advance of using the field.

It's that time of year (again) and a reminder that only Members who have completed the 'After Dark' form for 2026 / 27 are permitted to book non-daylight timeslots.

Members who try to book non-daylight slots but have not got an after dark accreditation 'stamp' on their record for this winter* will be contacted as their bookings will not be able to be processed.

* For insurance reasons, the After Dark Form needs to be re-submitted EACH year. It doesn't carry over from previous years
